Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! So dirty and so many things broken in the room. We were given a room and the toilet handle broke the first time it was used. The second room we were put in the toilet leaked and the floor was soaking wet. The microwave was disgusting with caked on food in it. The floor was filthy. The bathroom had black mold above the shower. The outlets didn't have covers. The smoke detector was completely missing. The rooms are okay. There are a couple stains on the pillows and a couple small holes in the sheet. The service was incredible the receptionist let me borrow a charging block. Location is great you have many good options near you for late night munchies. Only question I was scared to ask was where the TV remote is?
Booked this hotel in a pinch for the price. Me and my family just needed a safe comfy clean place to crash. Everything seemed okay at first, I was a little nervous due to the location. However, the location ended up being the least concerning thing as all the other guest were friendly and helpful. The only reason I give 3 stars for service is because the gentlemen that checked us in did go out of his way to try to rectify our situation, he just was not equipped by hotel ownership to do so properly.
