My experience with this facility was overall, very good. Because of Patsy and the entire front office staff, made my stay much more comfortable and reliable. Everyone was pleasant, attentive, and compassionate. There were some minor issues and items that were missing or needed to be replaced in my room. However, it did not hinder my stay at the Red Roof.
