Joey is very good and the service was great
My best friend, my sister, my son and myself made a 3 hour drive across state got to Saginaw around 2am checked in and were immediately hit with the smell of mildew checked the beds for bedbugs as i always do with any hotel/motel I stay in noticed the brown and red stains on the sheets along with cigarette burns started looking around more and seen the stain on the curtains and ceiling and all the black mold in the bathroom! The front desk staff really make you feel welcome, both at check in and Sam at checkout.
Has roaches, was moved 4 times and the rooms were DISGUSTING and smelled so bad, the bed had blood stains and white stains everywhere. and the hotel clerk Joey was very rude and told me there was nothing he could do.
