While the room was clean and comfortable… and the price was reasonable… I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS THAT RED ROOF HAS OUTSOURCED THEIR RECEPTION STAFF TO FOREIGN TECH SOURCES… even through we are interacting with them through a live video feed… sometimes I can barely understand them and it is usually an Indian, Punjabi, or some other form of “ Thank you for calling technical support…” person… it just boggles my mind that corporations would rather settle for a video feed and cheap labor than hire and train people for these jobs… ... read more
