I was charged almost $20 for a “black” stain on a towel when no one wore makeup or was dirty. Called to ask why and ask for a refund or even proof and the woman at the front desk said we will NOT be getting the money back for something we didn’t do and hung up the phone. The room had spiders everywhere, the room was dirty, there were homeless and druggies everywhere, and the microwave and tv did not work. A desk and coffee maker but nowhere to plug your computer or the coffee maker in. Only decaf coffee available.
I drove from Portland Or and when I showed up there was a $100.00 deposit. After putting g the $ on my card and coming back they stated they would NOT rent to me because they believed i was a local and they dont rent to locals. I couldn't believe it! I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me there wasn't one at that time. I have never been treated so poorly! Do NOT stay here, they're HORRIBLE AND DONT CARE about customers!
