As usual... the I am very happy and content at this hotel. First, the employees are very nice and cordial. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and they treat me like family. The rooms are always clean and tidy. There has never been any noise or drama, and they run a tight ship.

Well this place came up for my Expedia package deal so I rolled the dice! The good the room seemed clean and everything worked, the beds were comfy and it was quiet. It was relatively close to things like freeway access , restaurants , gas and shopping .The bad the halls smell of weed from all the shady people that are evidently living here. There's no bfast either we stayed in two other rooms on the West Smoky mtns side of the state and both were better than this room and served a decent bfast for probably around the same p... read more

Stayed one night to visit family and I definitely enjoyed my stay the lady at night I believe her name was Sherry she said but she was very helpful and gave great suggestions to dinning in the area. Her customer service was absolutely excellent. The rooms where clean and you can't beat the price. I will definitely be staying again when I'm in town
