The manager went above and beyond any call of duty helping me to reserve room to feel comfortable and accepted very unheard of these days especially in the market that we're in you deserves
Staff polite and generous rooms are well taking care of. Very clean place. Only thing area has a lot homeless people and drug activity
Multiple people are talking about the deposit of $50 not going back on the card They do not care. This is the worst hotel in Phoenix do not book at all. It’s not worth it. They will not give you your money back. The deposit is not worth it. They’re very mean grumpy Especially the ladies They not nice at all. I have been a loyal Red Roof customer for years, I would not stay anywhere else. But, last weekend I stayed there again and like I always did before I brought my cat with me because pets always stayed for free. Well, upon check in I was charged a $50 pet deposit, which I was never charged before. I paid the deposit & when I checked out I was told by the guy working the office that he would return the $50 to my debit card right then. It's been a week and the money still has not been returned.
