they GOT ROACHES! Kept awake all night by other rooms all night and before I left saw roaches climbing out of the woodwork.

The room was clean. The check in process was simple although I did have an issue checking in. The room that I booked was given to another group that had checked in right before I did. I was not told that the room “I” booked was not available because of it until later but I didn’t have time after checking in to go back to the front desk right away to let them know because I work A LOT and was barely there. After about 2 days of realizing that the room I booked had no kitchenette I let them know and was told to contact hotels.... read more
