THEY DEFINITELY HAVE BED BUGS , i stayed overnight and left with bites on my legs & Arms !! DISGUSTING
I can't believe this room was $100. The security latch on the door was broken, the AC was noisy, the bathtub looked terrible, and I'm pretty sure that's blood on the shower head. How do you not replace or repair these things between guests? Absolutely unacceptable for any hotel brand.
I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn Bensalem and had an AMAZING experience! The front desk team - Will, Sue, and Khalil - delivered exceptional service with their professionalism and warm hospitality. They truly went above and beyond! Our upgraded room was modern, clean, and comfortable - exceeding all expectations! Thank you Red Roof Inn Bensalem for a wonderful stay! We'll definitely return!
