Disgusting rooms infested with bugs and rude unhelpful staff. They charge a hundred dollars a night for this trash!! Every hotel on US 46 should be shutdown immediately. Homes in the wall,roaches of all sizes.
Roach motel. Room 132 was infested. Room 136 was an actual sauna with everything being wet and hot. Would not immediately refund the charge and had yo wait to get money back. Avoid at all costs.
The first room they put us in the mini fridge was leaking. The room they switched us to the toilet wasn't cleaned. I called him to show him the toilet he never came after saying he was coming. The remote to the t v. Didn't work. Very poor service.
