Don’t Be Fooled by the Pictures! The first room we booked online looked nice in the photos — but when we walked in, it was shabby, run down, and missing a microwave. We went to the front office, and they moved us upstairs. The second room wasn’t much better. The microwave works, but the fridge is a block of ice, and there are roaches of every size. Was really nasty with bugs in every room while we are sleeping.Someone need to call the health department 🏬 ASAP bugs in the carpet,in the hallway, trash, the lanudry was dirty omg worst place to stay.Staff friendly. Alot of people hanging out side people coming in complaining while I am in the office 🏢 PLEASE don't go here to spend the night till they up grade it sucks😡😠😇
Stayed in room 118 with the jacuzzi tub. Tub was awesome, big enough for 2 or more. The cockroach colonies emerging from under every single piece of furniture, and crawling the walls was too much. Not to mention the $60 CASH deposit the room required. It was refunded at checkout, but only after a room inspection. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED after all the good things I had heard about this room. Arrived on September 12 for a one night stay. Took 15+ minutes to check in due to no one at the front desk. Upon entering the room saw that the recent renovation was poorly done. Bathroom fan shroud not fully attached, poorly painted, tub shower renovated to a shower only with attached faucet. We proceeded to check out the next morning and same thing. We waited 20+ minutes and no manager so we had to leave not and depart
