Front desk Joe Is disrespectful as hell
This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Red Roof Inn. We stayed for one night while road-tripping, and the check-in process was incredibly frustrating. The front desk employee was unprofessional and seemed unfamiliar with basic check-in procedures. We weren’t the only guests experiencing issues—multiple people in line behind us ran into the same problems.
