Decent if you plan to stay up to a few weeks. VERY good location if you are working at TVA Colbert. Clearly ran by a local family, which is both a pro and a con. Room smelled like feet because of the AC. Ice machine stayed broken for the entire duration of 10 days ish I stayed here. Some of the towels and sheets smelled bad, had weird streaks, or someone else's pubic hair, which made me feel gross about clean towels and sheets too. Quiet,alot of our of town workers. Very respectful and quiet. Always someone there to help and breakfast every morning.
