Hands down the worst experience at any motel ever. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and impatient, completely unprompted, and spoke the most vulgar language. Room was disgusting and uncleaned, with dirty socks and consumed drink bottles everywhere.

I came from work very tired. I came to the from desk ask for a room , the guy was very professional that’s make me feel comfortable. The room was perfect, clean . I slept like an angel . The area was quiet, good to sleep. Considering the price the peace and quiet to sleeping make it worth the cost .thank you . Keep up the good job. See you another time . 10 PLUS

I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience at the Red Roof property on Rowe Avenue in Connecticut was completely unacceptable, especially considering how management handled everything afterward. I was in Connecticut for a business trip from August 14th through August 17th. Because I was unable to board my elderly dog, finding a pet-friendly hotel was a necessary accommodation for this trip. The man at the front desk Mark was incredibly condescending, rude, and not helpful. He did not look up from his computer once, respond to me and my daughter saying hi, or make an attempt to be helpful when we needed to book a room. There were rooms available online that he claimed were under construction and not available to the public. It costs nothing to be kind and have basic social skills.
