Would not honour an online reservation because an European credit card could not be used for the deposit on their machine (card works at every other hotel). Refused to think of a solution (cash was not an option and did not want to try on another machine) and basically kicked me out on the street.

Just dont. Reserved our room months in advance and when we walked into it it smelled of animals, the beds had signs of bedbugs, and there were drug deals happening. My husband was booking a new hotel room within 30 seconds of walking in. Hopefully we can get our money back.

Just. Horrible. Last minute one night stay and I couldn’t have chosen a worse place. What seemed like hookers and drug deals going on in the shadows on the side of the old building. Do yourself a huge favor. Spend a few more dollars and go someplace else. My flight wasn’t leaving Newark airport until 2 o’clock in the afternoon, but I still got up at 4:30 in the morning just to get out of there.
