The walls has holes , The overall story is this is not a great place to stay if your coming from out of town on the side where you can smoke has junky’s hanging out all night they don’t bother you it’s just the principle. The front desk can’t do nothing as far as switching your room it use to be nice and up kept but now it’s terrible

Didn't get to stay here. I'm on a trip and I booked a reservation beforehand and they sent me a receipt that said total due at desk $67ish.. well, I go in and they say $167. I said $100 more for what? The nice man said I had to put down a security deposit. I told him NO WHERE on the website where I made the reservation or in the info/receipt of emails & etc..that I got from them/the website I used (expedia). I asked late night worker would it be possible to check the room and make sure there are no bugs before I rent the room. He told me that my request was unreasonable because he didn't put the bugs in the room. Unbelievable avoid this hotel

First off, the front desk rep was completely rude. My husband reserved a room for 2 nights for $137 and we were charged over $200. $137 for the reservation, $65 for the security deposit and an extra $30 for some odd reason. We received the deposit back, but never received a reason for the extra $30 being taken. I actually love Memphis and it's my husband's home town.
