It's a nice decent clean hotel. Stay quite often and never any issues

Well my girlfriend and I got a room was there about an hour and my girl friend pulled down the covers to get into bed and that's when she saw bed bugs they said they was going to give my money back but it has been a week today they still haven't returned money very unsatisfied
When we arrived to check in, we were turned away because the number of children did not match the reservation. Why? We are unsure; HOWEVER, we understood that they had a policy and couldn’t allow us to stay. We respected that… BUT THEY WOULDNT REFUND US! Even though this was an error on the end of the website, even though we tried to request a second room, etc. They cancelled our registration and wouldn’t give us our money back.
