I experienced exceptional service, room was clean and welcoming, linens were fresh, and of good quality and furniture was attractive and comfortable. Hotel was modern, convenient and easy to locate with the added bonus that pets are welcome. The staff was awesome and always available to answer any questions I had.

I was surprised, clean room, clean sheets, had to switch TVs, not a problem from the front desk. Very accommodating. Microwave and fridge worked. Floor could of been mopped by housekeeping. Dirty if you walk barefoot. Shower head could use a newer one with a hose. Housekeeping could maybe go back through some of these rooms and clean up the Walls, where there is finger prints, dirt, just to make the place look better in the rooms. I always try to be fair when I give reviews. My room was clean. The bedding was clean and smelled fresh. There is a microwave and a fridge. The TV is very small for the room size. The shower/tub and toilet area definitely needs updating. The seal on my door was missing and crickets and a few roaches crawled under my door, which was not pleasant. The area seemed to be safe.
