I always try to be fair when I give reviews. My room was clean. The bedding was clean and smelled fresh. There is a microwave and a fridge. The TV is very small for the room size. The shower/tub and toilet area definitely needs updating. The seal on my door was missing and crickets and a few roaches crawled under my door, which was not pleasant. The area seemed to be safe.
