If I could give service 0 stars I would. Everything started out ok, the guy who claims to be a manger is rude and talks to people poorly. Required a 50 cash deposit no problem only had 3 20s he claimed he didn't have change although as he flipped through the money there were two 5 dollar bills. Cool no problem I'll get the money back at checkout. Stayed 2 nights go to check out today the same man called me a liar saying I had 4 little dogs. Dirty, nasty, funky, and the hotel staff are ignorant and sorry. Two different rooms, both with stains all on the bed sheets and comforter, literal blood stains. Second room had a nice big black hair in the bed too. Wouldn't refund my money or approve the booking site too, just the most sorry people I ever ran across in my life. Spend that money you're scamming people out of and buy some new sheets and comforters for that dirty dingy funk nasty place y'all run.
Good experience, affordable price
The check in process was kind of funky; had to pick up telephone to get someone to the front desk. Was difficult to hear them. The hvac in the room was not working. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Shower was fine, but bathroom is small. We stayed two nights; quiet the first night, but the second night there was a domestic disturbance outside around 2am which interrupted sound sleep. Apparently there is no regular room service (I.e. no fresh towels, etc.). There is no way to turn on the bathroom ceiling fan... read more
