This place is run down and there is many issues that the stafffia not willing to address. Elevators are up and down when issue with the elevator occurs the leave it running for the next person. Orlando the manager did not like that I have mad went to corporate to complain
I had such a wonderful stay at the Red Roof Garden City. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room modern, and very comfortable definitely above expectations for the price point. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches like quality bedding and plenty of charging outlets.
We reserved through Priceline for a 3 night stay from 9/5/2025-9/8/2025.Upon arrival to room 317,we found that the safe was not working, bedbugs and bloodstains on the mattress and sheet.We checked out within two hours and the hotel is refusing a refund.We submitted pictures to Priceline.What a totally dirty and disgusting place this is So,they responded to me apologizing and had the nerve to see if I would ever return.They really should just refund my money for the time that I did not stay there. Honestly, this place was great. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large, and it was immaculate. Having HBO on the TV was a pleasant extra, and the Wi-Fi functioned flawlessly throughout. The flowers surrounding the lot made the place feel friendlier than I had anticipated, and parking was simple.
nice room, front desk people were friendly.
