Absolutely filthy. Stained sheets and moldy beds. The rooms feel damp. After changing rooms twice we ended up not staying at all even though the stay was not refundable. Front desk staff tried to argue and say there was no mold when I have pictures of it.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn between 04/02/2026 and 04/03/2026. I booked thru booking.com and paid online and when I got there I had to pay an extra $100 for a deposit that they never returned to me. Every time I called I was told it should return on my account 7-14 days— and I gave them that grace period. After certain time I would call the front desk and they told me I had to speak to the manager who was never there. He was on vacation, then he’s always out of the building. My family had a very bad experience at this property, TV didn't work. Internet signal is bad, dirty floor we had to clean ourself for our kids. People knocking at your door at night. And in top of that the property steals from you. We were ask for a deposit of $150! The employees are nice, but the rooms are in need of some repair. The ceiling is peeling & the a/c works intermittently. The tv sound sometimes goes out & "you" have to pull the dresser back, unplug & replug it. Also the gate dryer didn't work in my room. The room appears clean. It's my first time here so not sure how good the location is. Also, I had multiple problems with the lock. They had to replace the battery inside the door. I will say that the counter staff is very nice... But I would Never stay here again.
