Stayed for a little over a wk and the room was nice. Everything was clean and housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are the shower head it was way too low it came up to my shoulder and I'm only 5"5. The other issue I have is the silverfish I saw at least one every morning and these things were Big. I was on the ground floor so it probably isn't bad upstairs. Stayed here while attending a concert in Cincinnati. Only a half hour away from Cincinnati. Very good price. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean
Good place to rest your head. Had to ask for deposit back and got told there was a lift but never found one
We had to leave due to floods back in April. I spoke with the manager and got the approval to leave a day early because of the floods. They told us this would not be an issue. They said to just check out in the morning and we would get our money back. Since I booked through expedia they would need reimburse me through expedia. I called expedia that night and they confirmed that I would be all set. The hotel would not respond to expedia to give us our money back. Location was OK. Couple of restaurants near by. Older motel. One trash can in the room. Two of the three lamps didn't work. No bar of soap. Not much body wash in the shower. Very low price. Bed was comfortable. Can't say about TV as we never turned it on.
