TV didn't work. Bathroom sink drain was slow and smelled like mold. It looked like someone splashed soda on one of the headboards. But they fixed the tv
Wonderful Inn right off of the main drag. Easy to find. Recently renovated! Rooms were very nice and cozy. Love that they cater to the snowboard/ ski community. Plenty of space for all your gear and luggage. Prices were exceptional and customer service was excellent. Lots of free parking. Breakfast was basic as expected. If I were to be scrutinize, my only recommendation would be to change the air filters a little more in the rooms and mop the floors after sweeping. These were minor issues overall.
Good place to stay during snowboarding season. The staff at the desk were friendly.
If I could give no stars I would!! Found 4 dead roaches, trash all over the floor. No sweeping or mopping. Kept my 100 deposit trying to claim chocolate milk stains from my daughter's bottle was allegedly blood all over the beds and claim it as unsanitary and not usable when you can wash those stains out easily out of blankets. They didn't take out my trash for me when they sent room service and said it was my fault for not requesting a full cleaning of my room.
