Staff is very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient when it comes to eateries and it's close to downtown Lancaster. The rooms aren't clean though. There were stains on the bed, the moment we walked in the room smelled weird. The bathtub had left over toothpaste from the previous guest, TV didn't work, not many towels available, and the bottom of my socks got incredibly dirty after about a half an hour so the floors probably haven't been mopped in ages. The room floor was dirty, had to mop with a towel, and it came out black. The refrigerator did not work. The hallways smelled like people were smoking drugs, and there's a constant in the air of cow feces. It's not the place for kids or families on vacation. It's more like a homeless shelter.
