The woman at check out was extremely rude, disrespectful, and lacked communication skills. Room was okay, bed skirt was stained. The couple in the room next door was fighting and arguing at night. The check out experience was by far the most disturbing, disappointing and disrespectful! I’ve ever been treated so rudely at an establishment, I’ve paid to stay at.
The room we were in was very clean nice and warm and the side we were on was very very quite. And the front desk lady was very kind. I would recommend this motel to everyone. Good job keep it up
The worst hotel ever that I stayed at. They don't take care of they parking lot when it snows. They rooms were dirty and no one was never at the damn desk. If you don't have to stay there please do not waste ur money
This place is disappointing at best It was a long night and I needed a place to stay so I chose red roof in And let me tell you that I felt even more dirty than before I stepped in the shower And now they’re making it difficult to get my money back after only staying for 4 hrs due to their roach problem
