I was traveling with my young toddler and had reserved a room at this Home Town Studios by Red Roof/Red Roof Inn located 2307 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602 trusting the brand for cleanliness and safety. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was horrified by the unsanitary and unsafe conditions of the room, which were not only unacceptable but posed serious health risks to my child and us. We stayed here 2 nights for the convention. The room seemed fine enough. The first night went off without a hitch. We came back late the 2nd night, and our door wouldn't open. While we were trying to figure it out, the PERSON INSIDE OUR ROOM SAID THEY WERE TRYING TO SLEEP!!! We went downstairs to the night manager and the first thing he tried to tell me was it wasn't our room.
