I booked 4 nights at this property, and on the very first night a man started knocking on my door in the middle of the night asking, “Is there someone there?” I immediately panicked — I was so scared I almost called the police. I had to call a male friend to come so I could safely step outside and leave in my car because I didn’t feel safe staying there. Was very disappointed with the management of this Red Roof Inn. Had no compliments in the room as there wasn't a Coffee Pot in the room either. Went to front office and they didn't have coffee either.

We had an accident on booking and booked the wrong day. We showed up the day we were supposed to be there. The lady at the desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She kept insisting we had checked in and used the room the day before. I kept explaining to her I've never even been to Lagrange before today. I was so confused by the interaction. Alas, noone ever called to let me know we're checking you in, as you have not arrived. Hotels do this- and it's wrong! They should not be allowed to charge you for a room you didn't use.
