We had an accident on booking and booked the wrong day. We showed up the day we were supposed to be there. The lady at the desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She kept insisting we had checked in and used the room the day before. I kept explaining to her I've never even been to Lagrange before today. I was so confused by the interaction. Alas, noone ever called to let me know we're checking you in, as you have not arrived. Hotels do this- and it's wrong! They should not be allowed to charge you for a room you didn't use. I had a great experience here. First, second and third shift are all awesome. I had a problem with my room and it was taken care of immediately. Great owners that are always ready to please.
