No issues at all with check in. Guy at counter was prompt and polite. Room was cleaned beautiful! I didn't even have to pay a deposit and the Trivago app always gets me really good prices on hotel rooms!
The room wasn't updated for phone chargers, my husband's semi broke down and this is where is ended up and didn't have ac block so was unable to charge his phone, I called to talk to him thru the room phone and staff disconnected me multiple times, pictures show a decent continental breakfast yet there was none, every time you stepped out of your room door it was like a party going on didn't know if you were going to get jumped or asked for money or offered booze or drugs
Everything was well stocked and cozy for my stay after a long day of out of town work
