I don't know what kind of policies these people put into place or what Management's problem is with locals but had an emergency where me and my family needed to find a place to stay for the night and before talking price or making a reservation of any kind I was asked if we lived in Kingsport or lived within 40 miles of the facility and because we were local to Kingsport we were told that management policy states that anybody who lives in the city is not allowed to stay there I don't know what kind of crap policy that is tha... read more

Very nice front desk and the family atmosphere is grand.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The price was very reasonable.
