Good place to rest, love location, price and rooms.
Terrible place! Went to rent a room and pay in cash and woman attending the front desk was mean and rude. Wanted to charge us a $100 dollar deposit fee for any damages and bcuz I was paying in cash . We walked out and drove out a little more to red roof inn in monteagle and women there was very kind and accommodated us right away without requiring any additional $100 feet! Monteagle rooms were clean and to me perfect! 👌🏼 I will never again visit kimball red roof inn! 😡
Rooms were bad ,and floors were,bad toilet was loose, very unhappy wit this stay will never stay again.No completely breakfast just Coffee.And we had to move rooms because of another guest flooded the room above my Dad's room and he was charged and never refunded for the mistake.
