Room needed a serious upgrade. People upstairs walked around all hours of the night. Nobody at the desk when I "checked out". I'd be a tad embarrassed if I was the owner.
I had a great stay at Red Roof Inn Kimball! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient—close to the highway, restaurants, and gas stations, which made traveling much easier. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay for both short and long trips. Highly recommended for its value and hospitality!
Price was reasonable, but we also got surprised with the $100 cash deposit because we paid partially with cash. The deposit is allegedly in case you prefer to “entertain” from your room with is apparently forbidden. Anyhow we are a family of three and also happened to be traveling with our small chihuahua for which there was no extra charge which was a pleasant surprise so it kind of balanced out, and since we certainly don’t have any entertaining on the itinerary it’s nice to know we’ll be getting that hundred bucks back wh... read more
Stopped here to sleep. All hotels were sold out from Nashville to chatanooga, except here. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable!
