What a horrible place! Traveling from Florida to Michigan we decided to stop after 10 hours of nasty traffic delays. It was after midnight so I wasn’t able to book through a third party website. We decide to stay at this RR Inn since it right off the Xway and the pictures of the room looked good. After ringing the after hours doorbell, waited a few minutes for someone to come and let me in. if i could rate zero starts i would. i booked a stay with this location through Expedia . my room was over booked and i could not receive a room. the manager whos refused to give me his name was extremely unprofessional. this was over a week ago and i still have not received a refund and at this point dont know if i will. the manager lied and said they we tried to check in early and refused a different size room which is categorically false. I booked through super.com. they took my money right then. When I got there and checked in they asked for my card. Said it was just to put on hold. That day there was an extra charge of $80. When my reservation was up I decided to stay another night. Went and paid. The amount of the room was on my transaction and also a store purchase of $29.90 was on there.
