Friendly staff...they never do anything they say they are going to do but they are friendly. Been here a week and have to run down towels every day.
Don't come here for WiFi connection. Hardly any bars & if u do get connection it is slow as a turtle.
Make sure to get the "big" room with a king bed, because the standard king is like living in a shoebox - seriously!
Plan activities in advance! Kalamazoo is the black hole of entertainment options!!! Seriously...
