The front desk lady was very sweet and understanding. She deserves 5stars, however, the room was filthy and they have roaches! We just needed somewhere to stay overnight to be close to the cruise port. The location and neighborhood is drug user infested.
This redroof is amazing I love how they have fulltime security he is a gentleman but he keeps the place safe the rooms are spacious. And everything over all is clean great place to stay
I always come in bright and early get all the help I need Gsr Renard Rigby always help and is polite. Im extremely grateful for the help and support of the employees at the front desk and the energy in the office.
