On arrival for the first week the lady sent me up to a room that had not been cleaned and she said that it was ready. Second week I was told to get out of the hotel cuz I didn't have a reservation and that I would be called on the cops. Third week we were here there was an overdose of a visitor and the ambulance was outside. Fourth week we were here the washer machine didn't work and we were promised that we would get our money back and the owner of the hotel said there's no refunds. Mattresses or hard the floor was dirty. While I was checking in on the door it had one person at a time in the lobby and two people came in there and didn’t look like they were people that could understand to stay 6 feet Distance.
Dirty dirty dirty!!! Dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom, toilet paper stuck in the door stop hole on the wall. Co webs, dead bugs and broken baseboard behind the door. Rickety slide lock, minimal towels. Scummy..... However cleaned itnever looked at the floors or corners.
