They require a contract to ensure you pick up your dog waste, however it is not enforced as dog waste is in large supply. The ice machine was out of order. Morning male worker who lives on site is the most rudest and unprofessional person! Very disrespectful on how he handles things, needs to be trained better, wouldn't recommend this place
