3rd floor room and No working Elevators
Let me start off by saying. The stay was okay until it was not. The older lady at the front desk is the worst clerk by far. She literally charged me anything she wanted whenever she wanted to. I stayed in this hotel for over 2 months. Meaning I should not have had to pay taxes. Whenever I paid while the younger girls were there in the evening. I’m grateful for Ms.Angie front desk concierge she go up and beyond in customer service,,excellent communication…The Hotel it self is great no complaints ,,, clean comfortable rooms,, clean property plus a pool and security…. The staff is great
