**DO NOT support this establishment with your business** My family stayed at this hotel recently and booked two rooms. My Grandma's room didn't have hot water in her shower and when a complaint was made to the front desk the response was she should be GRATEFUL to have running water at all and was denied any help or refund. This was completely rude and unacceptable. Big mouth small performance. Be precisely before you book. Watch it in nature away from pics. In front disk she said the price is $ 93.00 a day includes tax. however, she deceive me when she knew I am leaving overseas morning early and count my credit $ 110.00 a day even I stayed 35 days. It was an experiences of a moody, nervous tension and restless director 👎

Stayed at Red Roof Inn in Vernon last night. If I could give it negative stars I would. 1st room had chipped badly painted rooms, bathtub was seriously chipped. There was a large screen tv still in a box beside the bed. We asked to be moved. 2nd room, there was a large round crack in the window, smelled of cigars and had a burn hole in the bedding. Absolute nightmare.. do NOT book this hotel. Rooms were filthy dried paint on floors, bathroom vanity, carpeting in hallways. They are renovating and it is not being run well. In our room the microwave did not work, key cards just randomly stopped operating (for the entire hotel), our bathroom door did not close, front desk staff is rude and dismissive. Very good customer service. I felt so welcome here the lady at the front desk was very helpful even though we had a few things wrong when I arrived she made it fixed very fast. I was able to sit down at the breakfast area while they figured things out I ate my cookies and had some really delicious coffee and that’s why I love coming here. They keep really good creamer at one of my favorites on deck.
