My experience at Red Roof in Bew Britain, CT, has been amazing. Staff are great, especially, Alessia, Devon, Priscilla and Kametra. The new GM Erica has done so much in her short time as GM!
My daughter had an emergency and had to get a place to stay overnight. I went online, boked here, and requested a crib as well for her baby. I had to call in from an email that I got, and they made sure that everything was good. They were really nice, and she said that when she got there, they were very nice with her. They did not have the crib for some reason, but were very attentive and helped her out during her stressful night. I had no bad experience, but to say thank you for all you did.
Devon and Priscilla greeted me professionally, courteous and patiently. I was irritable and agitated from work exhaustion. The room was meticulously clean…grateful for that. The whole experience was beyond my expectation after reading some of the reviews. With the exception of Juan who screamed at me as I asked for help . The others and cleanliness of rooms made the Juan experience leas impactful. I would stay again
Have not had any problem during my stays. The new GM Erica is so kind and very professional. She's always available and works with you and is making the property look better! Also, front desk staff Ally, Devon, Kametra and Priscilla you all make it so pleasant, thank you all...❤️
