Came in town for one night to run a race. Not a hotel snob by any means and this is my first ever negative review. But what a dump! Broken locks. Stained sheets. Hair on towels. Charging for more toilet paper when there’s hardly any on the roll. Being handed a tv remote when you check in. As I write this I’m contemplating sleeping in my car. Staff not helpful and very short in responses.
Customer service is amazing. I wouldn’t choose any other hotel
