If I could give this hotel a zero rating I would. I was on my way to the hotel and I was in a horrible car accident. I was unable to make my reservation granted what happened. I was in the hospital for weeks. When I finally got on my feet and was able to reach out to the hotel about what happened requesting a refund or some type of compensation seeing as though this was obviously something out of my control. Horrible experience at this location and worse, no follow up from management. Booked a last minute room to rest and stay the night after my wife had an evening event. Checked in with my two year old and upon entering the room and getting situated, we found a dirty washcloth in the bed under the comforter. We only needed one bed so i moved to the next one and went to throw it on the floor in the bathroom for the housekeepers the next day.
