We stayed here after I maxed out my days at the shelter. We were here for about 2 1/2 weeks. I got to know the folks who clean the rooms, they would always say hi and bring my son stuff, snacks or random lil toys. I really appreciated that. They were always kind in thinking about my son. The room unfortunately did have a mildewy smell, well being that we had my son there remove the beds to deep clean which is when we found the mildew/mold. It wasn't a lot but enuf. The room is just standard, nothing particularly special. It checks every box for a clean convenient safe place to sleep. HOWEVER, what was particularly special was the gentleman Bailey who checked me in. I showed up last minute in the middle of the night and he was so kind and welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and made the check in process so smooth. I never figured the easiest, smoothest hotel check in I ever had would be at 3 am unannounced. Exactly what i expected. Had what i needed. Not dissapointed by anything.
