I had occasion to stay recently for a number of nights due to home repairs. Overall, the room was comfortable, with the exception that I had requested a handicapped accessible room, and it was not handicapped equipped. The lock malfunctioned frequently, requiring that I go to the lobby for assistance. Upon my last day, I asked for a late checkout, and was told it would require a large fee paid, about $20 per hour, despite the fact that there were very few other guests on the premises.
