Pretty clean and stocked. plus staff are lovely, they provide great customer service.
Always come here they customer service is great room always clean and we never have an issue quick check in and always a great visit
Just dont go there, people hanging out on every balcony , AC barely worked. Didn’t return our dog deposit.
Definitely worth staying here, clean rooms , nice pool , quiet place . Housekeepers work very hard and a special thanks to Ashley at the front desk . Also I’d like to add a thank you to Charles and Ariseli at the front desk , always friendly and willing to listen . My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service was unacceptable, and the condition of the room, bathroom, and appliances was unsanitary and poorly maintained. The bed sheets had multiple burn marks, and the room had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant. Due to the overall condition of the accommodation, I felt uncomfortable staying there and made the decision to book another hotel that same night.
