HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS AT AIRPORT. Called twice then told us take a taxi and they would reimburse. Got to hotel two other couples exact same story and then they said they would not reimburse us..THE MANAGER WOULD NOT COME OUT AND SPEAK WITH US. The poor girl checking us in didn’t know what to do, but after raising enough heck, they reimbursed us at least.. VERY VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT... have not even got to room yet. It’s been over three hours since we landed...
Room was clean and roomy. They were doing a lot of remodeling downstairs. Had nighttime security guard in lobby
Absolutly horrible! better off staying in your car,the place is filthy!
I understand it's under renovation so I'm ok with the noise it's only during the day....
Horrible! This place smells, trains run right by it. Cops banging on doors in middle of night. Associate's won't help when they make a mistake and charge you for a room you shouldn't have been charged for!
