Check in was not an easy or welcoming process. The front lobby was locked and has a sign to call someone to be opened for you. I called no short of 6 times in a row before someone answered and begrudgingly opened the lobby and asked “Why are you here?” Explained we had a reservation on booking.com and then the check in process began. I had made reservations at another pet friendly hotel,due to remodeling being done. The floors were going to be sanded and stained.. When my service dog and I went to check in unfortunately something caused my dog to bark twice. I was told I couldn't stay. Red Roof Inn came to the rescue at the last minute. I was able to book the 3 days immediately at a fair price, Also when I called and mentioned I had a service dog.
