The room itself wasn’t much of an issue it was the front desk. I stayed during the heat wave and the power went out. I didn’t think much of it because I thought that it would eventually come back on. 7/3/26 If I could give a 0, I would! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this motel. I understand that a power outage is beyond the staff’s control, and I’m not blaming them for that. What I am upset about is how the situation was handled. There was absolutely no communication with guests.
