Currently filing a complaint with the NJ dept of community affairs. Black mold in the bathroom cieling with cracks and waste/sewer water leaking from the room above. Dirty sheets, mold in tile grout, the owners hide from you in the morning so you cannot complain. 6 rooms checked out by leaving there room keys on the outside of the main office. Unsafe. Con artists. Shut them down.
Manager was so rude. He slept whole time and actually asked me (by myself for work) how long I’m staying because nobody can stay past 21 days. In heard of!!!
The floors in the room were slippery and the walls were a little dirty. The main issues was the bathroom. There was mold and hair in the shower. The toilet smelled like sewer and it got worse when the fan was on in the bathroom to where you would vomit. All housekeeping did was come in with a toilet bowl brush and a spray bottle with deodorizer and sprayed the toilet. Horrific location not close to any restaurants, gas stations etc. Hotel doesn’t even have a vending machine. Rude staff

El servicio al cliente fue deficiente al intentar realizar cobros adicionales innecesarios por dos camas bajo el argumento de ocupación, a pesar de que las instalaciones y el estacionamiento se encontraban prácticamente vacíos. Falta total de flexibilidad operativa y gestión orientada al huésped.
