I was not happy with this location. I arrived around 2:20pm and they refused to let me check in using my reservation. They state I had to wait until after 3pm. While I was waiting, they let checked in multiple walk-ins. I immediately canceled my reservation and went across the street to another motel, who let me check in right away.

I have been to hotels across the country. Never in my life have I had an “owner” of a hotel yell, command, and bark orders. Not just once but multiple times throughout a stay. The most disgusting management and customer service I’ve ever seen. Multiple other guest complaints about the same things. The rooms look clean, until you see stuff all over the drawers, stains on sheets. I asked to move rooms, and was yelled at. Unacceptable.
