Every room needs microwave and if you ask for one they won't give you one

Don't ever book here. We booked a king w a jetted tub via hotels.com. Went to check in...they have no jetted tubs. Anywhere on site. So we left. This shady hotel is still refusing to refund my stay...that never happened, because they have no rooms of that type.
