There's a reason they have a 2.8 rating. The family that runs this hotel is the worst, they have no customer service skills. I pay for multiple hotel rooms weekly for my employees. I call to contact my employees and the staff hangs up on me time and time again or won't transfer me to the rooms and says it is busy. They don't clean properly. They don't maintain basic equipment like microwaves and force you to go to the front desk for a microwave. They lie, cheat and over charge you.
