I rented my room through a 3rd party company. I rented for myself, my wife, and our 2 service animals. I arrived and got us in the room only to find gooy stuff on the counter top, trash particles, and bugs on floor, and stains in jacuzzi tub. Next door sounded like a day care facility. We decided to give tbe place the benefit of doubt and waiting til almost 1130pm. Still the loud bangs and kids screaming was too much. I had booked a reservation online when I got to the location I was told they had no rooms available I was charged anyways and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk she was rude and no help at all kept giving me the run around when I asked to talk to a manager. Do yourself a favor and don’t book with these people
