Despite policy as posted i was charged a $30 pet "DEPOSIT" on first night stay and it was returned. I stayed in the room next to it the night after and was charged another 30$ cash DEPOSIT. Upon checkout i requested my money back and was told i had paid a pet FEE the second night and it wasn't being refunded (not due to any damages) but that this was standard. I left and looked up the pet policy online where it stated its only required to pay 15$ pet deposit on a secondary dog. No deposit was required for singular dogs. the ... read more
Have always been treated with respect and dignity at this place! Love how clean the rooms are! Recommend 10/10!
I just pulled up and couldn’t even tell where the front door is. There were 3 vehicles parked horizontally along two sides of the hotel. It’s extremely run down. Truly worse than pictures showed. Worst condition I have ever seen and I have stayed in many Red Roof Inns. I hope my room is clean. This stay is not starting off very good. Truly feel like I am getting what I paid for with this location.
If you are considering staying here as opposed to other hotels in the area, please take the time to read this review. I arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel and was looking forward to a quiet, uncomplicated stay. While the check-in process was functional, it lacked the hospitality and attentiveness I’ve come to expect even from budget accommodations like this.
