My only issue was the reservation system that is out of the country I can Bailey understand the people. I hung up twice before I was able to understand the agent.
The room(s) itself are pretty! Beautiful mirrors & nice looking smelling rooms but as soon as i go in there’s LOTS of bugs, kept killing them, they kept coming. Moved furniture as well & there were more! Switched to another room & there’s even more bugs in that one. The 3rd room was okay only because it had fresh paint & new but only seen 1 bug so i stopped switching rooms for the night. Big bug problem! There isn’t proper cleaning staff at all. I was traveling for a funeral. Attempting to book online when you have an emotional support dog That is the size of mine weighing in at approximately 80 pounds. It was very difficult to find a room that did not want a ridiculous deposit. I was even able to go through Priceline and add a day to my stay as I ended up checking in one day before I originally expected to. There were two children who couldn’t have been more than 10 years old outside on the curb in front of their hotel room using a weed vape with no parents in sight. They didn’t stop or even look up when an adult (me) walked past and stared. When I told the receptionist I was concerned about neglect and drug abuse, she said “It’s none of our business”.
