Rooms were nasty! First room we got had hair all over the beds, had trash still left in the rooms and dirty rags left in the bathroom! Then we go switched to a new room and found cockroachs in the room! Been trying to get a refund on my room for 2 weeks now and manager or owner wont respond to pricelines email so I cant receive a refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTY ROOMS!!
Four stars is definitely a stretch, I don't like giving negative reviews, but there were a lot of things that needed attention in this hotel. First, the hallway carpets were really dirty, so it gave a questionable feeling of being clean inside. My room was OK. But for example, there was no shower gel nor shampoo even though those things were on the wall. They weren't filled. So they should be taken down. And the paint was not finished around the headboard.
