Showed up there was random dirt in the tub and sink. Sure ill clean it up myself. Then i go to connect to wifi, guess whats not working. I proceed to let the front desk know and he says he'll reset it. That didn't work they don't know when it'll be fixed. guess who is still paying full price. would not recommend not even if you an t a smoking room motel 6 is he same price and you can just go out on the balcony. Won't make this mistake again, and will never stay at a red roof inn after my experience with guest services.
Room clean. Appliances in good order. Coffee maker in the room a great plus for me
This is by far one of the comfiest hotels. The staff is amazing and the girls that clean the room do such a great job. They really take time to make sure every part is clean. I’ve never had an issue and I’ve been here multiple times. This is the best red roof. I drive out of my way to come to this one because the one in West Springfield mass is disgusting.. Enfield red roof Is by far the best
Great place for cheap I come here about 2-3 times a week
Comfortable stay with well maintained room.
