Nice clean room but was there 5 days no maid service 😕
Bad experience all around. Pass this one up if you can. Creepy small handprints on the windows. The diverter on the bathtub was broken so we couldn't use the shower. The sink drain was installed without a handle so we couldn't use the sink drain. The room was beyond filthy as stains and food were everywhere including the sheets walls and ironing board. The room stunk so bad we had to sleep with the window open all night without screens. We let the guy at the front counter know but he didn't seem to care. Never heard back fro... read more
unfriendly staff, they took one look at me (asian) and their demeanor changed. zero eye contact, zero greetings, a whole lot of finger point with an attitude. The front desk girl looked so annoyed when I asked for directions to my room. My nephew told me she gave me the side eye after I walked away, terrible attitude. Even the guy working the morning shift gave me the same treatment after just one look at me.
