Mala experiencia con el recepcionista, no me dio solución sobre una reservacion, apartr de que los pasillos huelen raro.
Got stuck trying to do the bus route thing haha. ended up at the red roof in West El paso my trip doesn't resume until 130 tom so did the close cheap decent hotels near the bus station. Everyone was super friendly a great help when I was on the verge of just throwing my hands up and saying forget it but room was super clean and cool
Blanca Flores made sure our booking and our stay was stellar! We came for a fun family trip and this Red Roof was exactly what we wanted! Thank you for such a great place to stay! We will be back soon😄
Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were not fluffy. Decor could use some modernization; curtains especially since they were barely hanging onto the rod. This was actually the worst Red Roof Inn I ever stayed in. Would recommend upgrades since this room was more expensive than the ones that offer continental breakfast.
