If u don’t mind a couple of roaches maybe the season but they should exterminate each room and soon check in a little a on the snap side a few knats as well in room
Absolutely terrible experience. Checked in shortly after 3PM. Unloaded bags and left to go explore the area. Came back around 9:30-10PM and discovered roaches literally everywhere…on the bed frame, the dressers, the sink, on my toothbrush/retainers, and inside our luggage. Immediately went to the front desk and was moved to another room (nearby hotels were sold out…and sleeping in my car was NOT an option given the clientele served there). The photos online are not accurate. Outlets do not work. Not cleaned thoroughly. Stains present on furniture.
was very disappointed to me and my family. We were there for July 4 weekend, the bathrooms were fested with roaches over the night. I asked for another room or my money back. They denied me my money back. They gave me another room, supposedly it was cleaner to find out there was also dead roaches, me and my children packed our clothes and left and went back home a day sooner
