Checked in went to room saw COCKROACHES and checked out ! Refused to refund and money will dispute with card and call NJ department of health
For the price, you get more for your money and the room never had an issue. The customer service in particular ‘ Daniel” he remembered you by name. Came back to see others' reviews on behalf of Red Roof; some of the review hard fore me to believe . I know it been four years since I stayed at the motel; you can say that was my getaway from the crap that was in other motels
I have serious concerns about activity taking place at this property. I have documentation showing that room 204 at the Red Roof Inn in Edison was provided as a meeting location in connection with an online solicitation for sexual services. I have screenshots supporting what I'm reporting, but unfortunately I'm unable to attach them to this review. Yikes. The room was unswept and the bathroom was absolutely FILTHY. Shower walls and bathroom floor not cleaned at all. Toilet took several flushes to even flushes. Drug deals happening all night; someone banging on our door at midnight. Only one towel and washcloth for the two of us. Would not stay here again, and I am not a picky traveler.
Worse motel. Even if it was non smoking room but still had lots of smoking smells. And it was not clean, itching and can't sleep.
