Room 317 was very clean, Alex was very helpful! I’m really enjoying my stay!
Do not book this place if you’re immunocompromised—seriously. Don’t even think this should be listed as an option for Duke Medical. I stayed here in May (I was in town for a stem cell donation, so was needing something close to hospital + clean, but grad weekend was happening as well). This was the only “affordable” (was still $250 for one night) option near. Staff was friendly at first, but changed once I’d requested new bedding. Great location and friendly staff!
Great and Fabulous stay! The hotel even includes body wash, and conditioning shampoo dispensers in the shower! Also hand soap which is super convenient and hygienic!
This was the worst "hotel" experience I've had in my life. A group of men ("customers" of the hotel as well, construction workers) were shouting outside our room, drunk, until 2am. We asked them to stop but refused and insulted us instead. We called the desk and the lady refused to do anything. We had to call the police ourselves and it finally stopped. In addition the toilet was blocked.
