The manager Alex and front desk staff are really nice and helpful. They are always polite and try to accommodate their customers. If customers ever have issues they try their best to do whatever they can to make their customers happy and want to come back when they need a hotel for any occasion.

They really need to add a no star rating. Smoke free room obviously had been smoked in, sheets were dirty and one bed had a shoe print, desk had a slippery surface, sink had black hair, all towels were dirty, wall had a hole, floor had dirty shoe prints. When I asked for a refund, I was told they dont give refunds, but I could get another room. Glad to see thats how you treat a uniformed service member. Good luck to whoever chooses to stay here.

If you’re looking to stay in a room and enjoy your privacy this is not the hotel for you! The maintenance man (2nd shift front desk agent) is very nosey. He will come to your car constantly if you’re sitting in it harassing you. They pick and choose who to harass. There’s people that sleeps on the steps at this hotel. You will see a lot of drug addicts at this hotel. Not to mention that none of the housekeepers speak English. You have to act out what you want.
