Very polite great hospitality, the room was very clean on arrival. Prices were incredible great stay
Very clean and comfortable
Steph was very friendly and if you have any family members in the Duke University Hospital you just have to bring a piece of paper stating that your family member is in the hospital and they will give you a discount. Our toilet had clogged and it was late in the evening and housekeeping couldn't get to it so they were very nice and transferred us to another room for no extra charge. There is coffee in the lobby. They do allow pets
Listen to all the other low star reviews. There are roaches, the sheets and bedding are dirty and it’s just really run down. I don’t know when the pictures were taken, but they should be updated to reflect what it actually looks like. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
Room 317 was very clean, Alex was very helpful! I’m really enjoying my stay!
