We checked in Fri 21th 2025 until Mon 24th Sunday morning we left early to visit a relative in the hospital and returned late that night to discover that even though we haven't requested room service someone entered our room and stole my personal property. Be aware they employ a thief who will enter your room take what they want and be protected by management. Horrible. On the plus side is the location. Right off 85 and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Also the man at check-in was very nice. Also a plus for the room was no carpet. The place is very run down. Old and grungy. The drape on the window had several hooks ripped off so they didn't close properly. The bed was unbelievably lumpy. The bedspread was filthy. Stayed here for my daughter's birthday weekend in Durham rooms were lovely. The only issue I had was the booking site. Did not let us know ahead of time that we had to do a deposit for the rooms that were to be paid when we got to the location. Other than that 10 out of 10 would recommend
