I tried to lead this with one positive, but I literally have none. I had the worst experience there, and no one cared. They send you a text asking how it is, and you answer. You get an automated “we are sorry your experience wasn’t good” reply, but that is the extent of it. I am going to include some pictures. The bed spread had what appeared to be poop smeared on it. The room was an absolute disaster and disgusting. Those are just the few I took. I was so mad I didn’t bother to check anything else other than the bed. Been well over 7 days still waiting for a call back because you all charged me for the room and nothing. That’s ok the BBB will be hearing from me since you wanna reply to my review because it’s negative but don’t wanna refund money you stole or return a phone call.

Do NOT Recommend We stayed at the Red Roof Inn during a recent trip to visit family. My husband has been sick since before Christmas, so this was our first visit in several months, and we were really hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. The hotel is very worn down and not clean.
