A very disappointing experience. Before check in (don't know where the professional was) we waited in a very tacky space that contained very old and faded furniture. Not a good first impression. At check in the 'professional' was wearing 'hot' pants, a t shirt and slippers. She assigned us a room. We gather our luggage only to find out the room is occupied. One of the most disturbing places I have ever been. Filthy, not safe, broken beds,THE SMELL. I just could not even believe this was an option on places to stay near The Ark Encounter. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

If you're going to charge $110 for a night at least fix your shit. For $10-$20 more you can go up the road to a 10x nicer place with an indoor pool. Just because the ark is close doesn't mean your hotel is anywhere near worth the price. I've been in $39/night hotels that were nicer.
Awesome hotel, great people. The rooms were very clean, the walk ways were well-maintained. I will stop there again in the future and the price was reasonable, too.
