Our goal was just to sleep overnight and get up fairly early in the morning. It was easily located off 95. The cheapest outside of Richmond. It was affordable, for two pets, four adults and a four year old. We just really needed to take a break from driving. The room was basic, not updated or anything but enough to stay for a night's sleep. The room was fairly clean. I had a great experience! Stayed there from 10/17 to 10/20! They allowed late check out and my german shepherd dog, no extra pet fees before, during or after my stay! Both the man and woman that worked up front were nice, quick and helpful. The housekeeper was a very nice girl as well. The location for kings dominion and easy interstate access is AWESOME. I’ve stayed here twice now on my travels. Staff is very nice and got us in right away. Pet friendly, It’s right by the theme park and there’s a bunch of food options/gas stations nearby. The room was very clean! Rooms and bathroom are a little dated- chipped paint, old showers, a little dated. For a quick stay this place is perfect.

Location was great. Front desk staff was personable and very accommodating. Since this was for a dog show we were a little confused on the pet fee since they advertise that pets stay for free.
