The AC unit did not work in the room and it felt extremely hot. The front desk agent blame the housekeeping all excuses. The hotel is very unprofessional from the lobby experience to the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through do yourself a favor and drive further for another hotel which is very decent and professional.
“We have been staying at this hotel after losing our home in a fire, trying to keep some sense of normalcy for my children during an already stressful time. Instead of showing compassion or understanding, management told us my kids couldn’t play outside and ended up putting us out. My children were not damaging property or bothering anyone — they were simply being kids. Being treated this way while going through such a difficult situation was heartbreaking and embarrassing.
